Shipping & Delivery
My Little Lambs ships its products to almost all parts of India, US and Europe. Orders placed will be shipped within 24-48 hrs. We ship on all days except Sunday and National Holidays.
Shipping Charges: A fixed shipping charge of Rs. 150/- is applicable on all orders below Rs. 1500/-(after the application of coupons or any other offer) at all locations with an additional charge applicable at certain locations, for which the customer will be informed beforehand.
These shipping charges applicable are not refundable in the case of return/cancellation of the product or the order.
The shipping charges can be modified by My Little Lambs at any point without prior intimation. The new charges would reflect on the product page as well as in the checkout flow.
Estimated Delivery Time: The orders are ready for dispatch within 24 hrs of the order placed. For all areas serviced by reputed couriers, the delivery time would be within 7-10 business days of shipping (business days exclude Sundays and other holidays). For other areas the products will be shipped through Indian Postal Service and may take 1-2 weeks depending on location.
Hidden Charges (Sales tax, Octroi etc.): You will get the final price during check out. Our prices are all inclusive and you need not pay anything extra.
International Locations: My Little Lambs charges extra shipping charges depending on the weight of the parcel.
Return/ Exchange Policy
At My Little Lambs, our aim is to provide 100% satisfaction to our customers. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product, we are here to help.
We have a 7 days return policy from the date of delivery. Please check below for the eligibility criteria for the return/ exchange of the products:
- Baby Bedding category products are not eligible for returns or exchange unless the product delivered has a quality/manufacturing defect. Please do photograph the defect as soon as you open the packaging.
- Products purchased during sale period / discounted pricing, are not eligible for returns or exchange.
- Accessories are not eligible for returns or exchange.
- My Little Lambs apparel products are eligible for exchange for size related issues, within 7 days of delivery if original packaging and tags are intact & the product is not used or washed. However, Design Partner brands are not eligible for any exchanges.

Please return your purchase in its original packaging with all the parts and freebies with your original receipt. Please make sure that the product(s) are properly packed when you are returning it. Also send us the original invoice along with your return.
Returns/ Exchanges are NOT acceptable on orders placed on CLEARANCE/ EOSS SALE and for the sale items with a discount pricing. We request our customers to check all the sizes before buying. SIZE EXCHANGE PROCESS
If you need to make an exchange for the size, please contact our care team within 7 days of delivery via any of the following channels:

- Please provide order number and mention purchased size, the problem faced with the size and the new size requirement.
Our team will investigate and revert within 2 working days. Upon receipt of communication from our customer care team, please follow the below steps:
- Please pack the product in its original packaging along with the invoice, labels, tags, bags, boxes, or any other inclusions sold as a part of the purchase.
- We will arrange for the reverse pick up, and you only need to keep the packet ready as instructed above.
- Once we have received the items, and our quality team has closed the return, we will dispatch you the exchange size for which we will send you an update on mail or on your phone.
- Upon receipt of the product at our warehouse, it will be subject to a quality inspection. If it passes the inspection, a fresh piece will be dispatched to reach you within standard shipping timelines.
- In the rare occurrence that a replacement piece is not available, a Credit note will be issued for the amount after deduction of the initial shipping charges. The credit note will be valid for six (6) months from the date of issue.
- We offer size exchange only for the same style of clothing purchased.
- We are unable to entertain requests to replace garments with a different style even if the price is the same.
- Please note that size exchanges will not be applicable for purchases made during a sale/discount period or on customized orders.
- Please note that size exchanges will not be applicable to Design partner Brands.
REFUNDS
The refund process will be initiated only once we have received the product back in our warehouse and we have completed all quality checks and verifications at our end. The mode of refund may depend on the mode of payment used at the time of placing the order.
In the rare instance we are unable to do so, we issue and email a credit note to the registered email address or the e-mail address used while making the purchase.
The credit note will be valid for six (6) months from the date of issue
The entire amount paid by you for the product through any of the payment modes will be refunded. Shipping charges and COD charges will not be refunded. For payments made through any of the wallet gateways like Paytm, MobiKwik etc., the amount will be refunded to the original mode of payment.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
- All International orders are eligible for PREPAID payment mode ONLY. Any Cash on Delivery order received shall be put on hold till our team assist you to convert the order to PREPAID.
- The Shipping fee for international orders is automatically calculated on the basis of Net Weight for Apparel and Volume Metric Weight for Quilts and other selected items that are shipped in boxes. We make sure your order reaches you in perfect condition.
- Your order will be delivered in 7 to 10 working days from the order dispatch date. Usually dispatched within 4 working days. Except during festivals and other government holidays.
- Your order can arrive in single or multiple shipments due to logistic & order fulfilment center reasons, our team will provide tracking details for the same after the order is dispatched.
- In the event you wish have to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order by contacting us at INFO@MYLITTLELAMBS.IN
- If you cancel your order within 24 hours, we will refund the amount to the payment source. Such refund will be initiated after deducting the payment gateway charges (2.5%) as its a change beyond our control.
- All orders placed will not be eligible for cancellation after 24 hours of placing the order.
- For changing your shipping address after placing your order you need to contact our Customer Care representatives at (+91-9829019921) & they will confirm whether it is possible or not ( if order is not yet dispatched , then they will definitely change your shipping address.)
- If you want to ship different items to different addresses, you need to place orders separately for each item.
- Delivery of your order: The courier company will call you on the contact number provided by you before delivering the order. If in case you are not at home, they will leave a message and make a second attempt. We urge you to plan and co-ordinate accordingly so that someone is available at home to receive the order.
- All Custom Duties & Taxes levied on the products will be borne by the customer. This is as per the regulations set by the country you are receiving the shipment in and our logistics partner will assist you with this payment before the order is delivered to you.
- There is NO Minimum order Value.
- International orders are not eligible for return/ exchange.
Tracking your Order
We will mail you the name of the courier company and the tracking number of your consignment in your registered email address. In case you do not receive a mail from us within 24hrs of placing an order please check your spam folder. Tracking may not appear online for up to another 24 hours in some cases, so please wait until your package is scanned by the courier company.
Non-availability on Delivery: Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package thrice before it is returned back to our warehouse. Please provide your mobile number in the delivery address as it will help in making a faster delivery.
Shipping Operation Hours:
Your orders will only be processed and packed during the operation hours. Our mailing team operates from 9:00 am IST to 5.00pm IST, Monday - Saturday (exclusive of Public Holidays).
